Ostc3 firmware update

The last post there is from me =)

Anyway. The firmware file looks kinda wierd.

Eg:
:000000e7e043f7eb8a5a5637aca10823d35755
:00001007efcbe682f846bbe88424bdf509e2a5

Which makes no sense.
The fist 3 bytes are oviosly a adress, but the rest might just be data.
