Problem importing from Suunto HelO2

Yeah, I've noticed that problem too.  This problem is different, though, 
it won't download at all during the hours after a dive.  It seems like 
it's while the no-fly period is active.

No matter how I tried downloading (switching usb ports, rebooting...) 
yesterday, I couldn't download.  This morning, though, it worked flawlessly.

I suspect there's something wrong with my computer...
