Hello: My name is Juan Pablo and I have a dive computer Oceanic VT3. I'm trying to download the dives from the computer using Dive Log 5.0 software, but all the time appears the same error: "time out". Can you help me to solve the problem, please? Thanks in adavance. Saludos, Juan Pablo Sioffi

Can you send me the divinglog error log? Check the "Log Errors" checkbox when downloading, and when the download fails, click the "Show error logfile" link.
