Hi,
Firstly, thanks for your work on this very useful software!
But, I've tried using the vtpro and universal clients to connect to my Pro Plus 2 on Fedora 20, but get the undesirable response below.
I've followed the instructions to execute:
modprobe ftdi_sio vendor=0x0403 product=0xF460
and also put
options ftdi_sio vendor=0x0403 product=0xF460
in /etc/modprobe.d/options
The device is owned by root, and has group dialout. My non-root user (john) belongs to this group.
Is there anything else I can do to track down the cause of this error?
(And yes, my Pro Plus 2 displays "PC" and executes the 120 second countdown.)
Thanks again,
John
